Chris Kingham: Owner, General Contractor & Master Carpenter

Chris has been in construction for over 35 years. Starting out doing roofing and then moving to cornice work for Gem Craft Homes, he then moved to more rounded responsibility in learning to build a home from the ground up with Placation Shell Homes. He then honed his skills into learning Commercial work with metal framing, acoustical ceilings, drywall and Raco door systems and trim. His extended resume includes build-outs of Dollar General stores, McDonald's playlands and Open MRI's. 

Twenty six years ago he turned his passion and skills into a business specializing in all aspects of residential and commercial remodeling.  His focus is client satisfaction and creating an enjoyable and functional home environment for years to come!

Chris has also done customized work for some well known clients such as Louis Shanks Furniture, Clarion Property Management, See Tim Sell Property Group, Keller Williams Realty, Re/Max Metro and Realm Realty
